  (Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review)

On January 7, 2008, the Department of Court Records combined the offices of the Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts and Register of Wills. County Executive Onorato appointed Kate Barkman as Court Records Director.

The new divisions of the Department of Court Records are:

Blue Arrow Civil/Family Division (formerly the Prothonotary)
Blue Arrow Criminal Division (formerly the Clerk of Courts)
Blue Arrow Wills/Orphans' Court Division (formerly the Register of Wills)
