Gaming Economic Development Fund (GEDF)
The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County will begin accepting applications for the 2012 GEDF funding cycle on February 15, 2012. All applications must be received at ACED offices by 4:30 p.m. on March 15, 2012. Requests for the reconsideration of previously submitted applications (2011) must be made in writing and received during the application submission period. If any changes have occurred to the project budget and/or project scope, a new application must be submitted. No exceptions.
GEDF Applications & Guidelines
All projects must adhere to the GEDF Program Guidelines. Please review the guidelines before submitting your application. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements and other procurement guidelines will be applied to all projects. If you wish to request a non-prejudicial approval for costs incurred while your application is pending, please contact 412-350-1364 or email

- Applicants are encouraged to provide supplemental budget information and funding commitment letters.
- All projects must be located in Allegheny County.
