The Regional Water Symposium was hosted by County Executive Dan Onorato, Pennsylvania Environmental Council and 3 Rivers Wet Weather. The target audience was municipal leaders, municipal elected officials, municipal engineers and planners, water authority and waste water authority leadership, academic researchers, water industry professionals and green infrastructure advocates.
