CITF Grant & Loan Applications
Program Update
February 4, 2013
The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County will begin accepting applications for the 2012-13, Round 2 funding cycle on February 19, 2013. All applications must be received at ACED offices by 4:30 p.m. on April 5, 2013. New applications must be submitted for all previously submitted projects. One original application and one copy should be included with each submission.
CITF Applications & Guidelines
All projects must adhere to the CITF Program Guidelines. Please review the guidelines before submitting your application. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements and other procurement guidelines will be applied to all projects. If you wish to request a non-prejudicial approval for costs incurred while your application is pending, please contact the CITF Manager.

Application Deadline: April 5, 2013
Applications will only be accepted from February 19, 2013 through April 5, 2013 |
- Additional information may be required during the review process.
- Applicants are encouraged to provide supplemental budget information and funding commitment letters.
- All projects must be located in Allegheny County.
