Pa. Human Services Block Grant 

Allegheny County is one of the counties participating in the Department of Public Welfare’s Human Services Block Grant pilot program. The block grant allows for greater flexibility in providing certain services to county residents.

County Human Services Block Grant Plan  

The guidelines for the block grant require that each county submit their proposed human services plan to the DPW by June 14. The proposed 2013-14 plan will available shortly. Questions or comments on this plan may be sent to DHSBlockGrant@AlleghenyCounty.US
