Host Sites

Members are placed with compatible host sites through a mutual-selection process.  During the summer program, a “Meet & Greet” scenario is used in which each candidate has the opportunity for a 5-7 minute interview with every host site.  At the end of these interviews, candidates and host sites are asked to list their preferences and KEYS makes assignments accordingly.

During the full-year program, once a candidate is offered an invitation to the program, he or she will receive information about each of our host sites.  The candidate is responsible for setting up interviews with host sites to find his or her placement for the program year.
