Erin Dalton, Deputy Director

As Deputy Director for the Office of Data Analysis, Research, and Evaluation, Erin Dalton is responsible for directing the research and evaluation activites of the Department of Human Services. Ms. Dalton has held policy positions with the Allegheny County Executive’s Office and the United States Department of Justice. Ms. Dalton is an adjunct staff member at the RAND Corporation and is an appointee to the Pittsburgh Civilian Police Review Board and the Allegheny County Juvenile Detention Board of Advisors. Ms. Dalton received a Masters of Science from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz School of Public Policy and a Bachelors degree in economics and criminal justice from American University.
