Developmental Disabilities
Through the Allegheny Link to Aging and Disability Resources, Allegheny County provides technical assistance to people with developmental disabilities and their families in accessing resources to meet their specific needs. Allegheny County does not provide financial support in providing these supports and services, but will assist people with accessing supports and services that may be available and appropriate.
Infants and Young Children with Developmental Disabilities
An individual from birth to age nine years, inclusive, who has a substantial developmental delay or specific congenital or acquired condition, may be considered to have a developmental disability. The Allegheny Link to Aging and Disability Resources can assist families in accessing these supports.
