If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, you can get safe, affordable housing while you work toward independence.

If you need a place to stay and you have nowhere else to go, call the number above and see if there is a unit available to meet your needs.

Rental assistance program

If you are facing eviction because you can’t pay your rent.

If you are facing foreclosure or eviction due to non-payment

  • Transitional and Bridge housing (up to 24 months)
    If you need help to get and stay independent. 
    Occupancy fees are based on a sliding scale.
  • PennFree Bridge housing
    If you are or were addicted to alcohol or drugs.
  • Permanent housing (long-term)
    If you or your family member has a disability, or if you would otherwise be living on the street.
    Occupancy fees are based on a sliding scale.
