DHS makes available a wide range of services and supports, including peer recovery support, for children, youth and adults who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders.
Through a full compliment of justice-related services, treatment is emphasize rather than incarceration for persons with substance use and/or mental health disorders who are involved in the criminal justice system.
