The Office of Community Services provides a wide variety of supports and services to assist individuals and families. Many of the supports have income eligibility requirements.

Request for Applications 

A new Housing First Permanent Supportive Housing Program and a new Rapid Re-housing Program,
Due October 3, 2014, 12:00 noon
 

Allegheny County Continuum of Care will be accepting project applications for:

  • A new Housing First Permanent Supportive Housing Program to serve chronically homeless. Funding is limited to $200,000 per year.
  • A new Rapid Re-housing Program to serve families. Funding is limited to $165,839 for one year - a maximum for Rapid Re-housing Program.

One project will be selected and submitted to HUD for each program type under the 2014 competition.
