DHS Contracted Providers

DHS provides future and current contracted providers with a library of information including forms and other documents to support the DHS-contracting process.

DHS supports two options for providers to identify resources for the people they serve –  the DHS Information and Referral Desk and HumanServices.net.

Providers that are interested in offering additional, non-government-funded services to their consumers may find appropriate options through DHS.

DHS supports a variety of data-gathering/retention applications to provide information for planning and outcomes purposes.  These applications are secure and password-protected.

DHS takes the confidentiality of the individuals we serve seriously.  Documentation related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is provided for general use.

This section provides detailed information about these topics and more.

Assistance is needed for directing cars to parking, collecting donations from attendees and selling raffle tickets.

ActionAlerts

Through ActionAlerts, DHS direct service staff and DHS-contracted provider staff are informed of a new standard of practice that carries the approval of the DHS Director.

ActionAlerts are intended to equip those who work directly with consumers of human services with specific directives and practical information they can use to support their efforts.

ActionAlerts share lessons learned and best practices across our offices, with the goal of improving the health and safety of the many people served by DHS.

ActionAlerts will be issued on an as-needed basis.
