** Students must have completed Modules 1-3.  Student must be at least 16 years of age for Hazardous Materials Operations and 18 years of age for Interior Firefighter.
*** The optional FFI testing registration and application process will be discussed in class.

• All modules must be taken in order.
• Students must complete FEMA's NIMS 100 and NIMS 700 online and must bring certificates to class.
• All registrations can be mailed or faxed but are due at ACFA two weeks prior to the start of the program.
• Please use the most up to date  registration form, which allows registration for up to five (5) course numbers.
