Calling Account and Phone Rates

Incarcerated individuals can make local and long distance phone calls. Charges are paid with a pre-paid account.

Pre-Paid Account

To set-up an account, contact GTL at 1-800-483-8314 or online on the ConnectNetwork website.

To request a refund of pre-paid funds from GTL, contact GTL Customer Service at 1-866-230-7761; hold or press 0 for the operator.

Tablet Phone Calls

If an incarcerated individual is having problems conducting a phone call when dialing certain numbers on the tablet, the called party is instructed to call 1-866-230-7761 to clear up this Universal Validation Service issue.
