Rehabilitation/Short Term Care

To meet the rehabilitative or transitional needs of adults, our Highlands Transitional Care Centers specialize in non-acute coordinated care and support to help residents achieve the highest level of health and independence before returning home.

Located within the Ross and Scott Regional Centers, the Highlands provides a wide range of services including but not limited to:

  • Nutrition Management
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Pain Management
  • Pastoral Care
  • Physical Therapy
  • Social Services
  • Speech Therapy
  • Therapeutic Recreation

A full range of rehabilitation services are available to long-term residents as well.
