Forensic Investigator

Program Overview

Forensic Investigator Interns are afforded the opportunity to explore all facets of the Medical Examiner's Office Morgue Operations. In addition to their investigative work alongside experienced forensic investigators, they are exposed to post mortem examinations with our pathologists and technicians. Forensic Investigator Interns will have the opportunity to tour the Medical Examiner Forensic Laboratory and interact with Scientists in the same capacity in which Forensic Investigators do.

This internship is a "hands-on" experience where you take from this program what you put into it.

Additional Requirements for Investigator Internship

• Must be able to work multiple shifts, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift followed the next day by a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shift. All schedules will be determined prior to start of internship.
