Photography
The Photography Section is an area of the Medical Examiner's Office Division of Laboratories whose name no longer indicates the full range of services in the forms of photography, film processing, graphic illustration, video and audio recording, computer services and several other related operations. The section provides direct support to all law enforcement agencies within Allegheny County, 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-per- year. Similar support is available to State and Federal agencies.
Photography: Virtually every form of photography, from general to crime scene, and from autopsy to numerous forms of technical photography are readily available. Photography using non-visual infrared and ultraviolet light sources and films is available, as are high magnification images, copy photography and studio imaging.
