The Allegheny County Department of Public Works has announced that county crews have begun rebuilding a collapsed retaining wall at 3062 Scotia Road in Jefferson Hills. The work, which began this morning, will continue through the end of the day on August 16, 2002. The road will be restricted to alternating one-lane traffic during regular working hours.
