PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that the closure of Cochrans Mill Road in Jefferson Hills Borough that was to begin at 6:00 a.m. on Mon., Oct. 5, has been delayed due to technical issues. Public Works will issue a new closing date once the issues have been resolved.
