PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that Deer Creek Bridge No. 4 on Rich Hill Road in Harmar Township will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Fri., Nov. 20, for the setting of new bridge beams.
