PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that Deer Creek Bridge No. 4 on Rich Hill Road in Harmar Twp. will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Thurs., April 1, for paving of the bridge approaches. The bridge will reopen after paving is complete.
