PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced the closure of the McKeesport-Duquesne Bridge from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 10, weather permitting. The closure is necessary to perform pavement reconstruction on the approach ramps on the Duquesne side.

During the bridge closure, traffic will follow posted detours. From McKeesport, all traffic will be detoured onto Route 148 South (Lysle Blvd.). Traffic will then cross the Mansfield Bridge and continue onto Pittsburgh-McKeesport Blvd. and then onto Lebanon Church Road. Traffic will turn onto Camp Hollow Road and then onto Phillip Murray Road and back to Rout 837. From Duquesne, traffic will follow the detour in reverse.
