PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that the closure of the McKeesport-Duquesne Bridge originally scheduled for this weekend has been canceled by the contractor due to expected inclement weather. The bridge will also be open during Memorial Day weekend.
The bridge is now scheduled to be closed from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, June 7, weather permitting. Additional advisories will be issued the week of the planned work to confirm the closures.
