PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that due to tonight’s forecasted rain, the contractor’s plans for deck placement on the Rankin Bridge have been cancelled. The single alternating lane restrictions, scheduled for 6:00 p.m. tonight to 6:00 a.m., Wed., Aug. 4, will not occur. 

The single lane traffic restrictions from 6:00 p.m. Thurs., Aug. 5, to 6:00 a.m. Fri., Aug. 6, are still planned.
