PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County Public Works today announced that River Avenue in Brackenridge and Harrison Twp. will be reduced to alternating single-lane traffic between Mile Lock Lane and Sycamore Street from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, Thursday, September 9, and Friday, September 10. Brackenridge Police will be at the intersections directing traffic.

The restrictions are necessary to move a water line as part of the overall project to relocate and reconstruct the road.
