PITTSBURGH – County Executive Rich Fitzgerald has submitted several items of legislation to County Council for consideration including:

• Authorization of the acceptance of a donation of park benches for locations throughout the Allegheny County parks, including Hartwood Acres, Settlers Cabin, North Park and South Park
• Nomination of William D. McKain, CPA as Allegheny County Manager

The Executive will also make his quarterly address to County Council during its July 10 meeting.
