PITTSBURGH – The Allegheny County Department of Public Works today announced that work will begin on the Andy Warhol Bridge in the City of Pittsburgh on Tuesday, August 14, and continue through Thursday, August 30. Contractors will be repairing the concrete bridge deck.
In order to accommodate the work, either both northbound or the both southbound lanes, will be closed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., reducing traffic to a single lane in each direction, Monday through Friday. Motorists should use caution and watch for changing traffic patterns. Sidewalks will be open to pedestrians at all times.
