Allegheny County maintains two different addresses for the purposes of notification from the Assessment Office and sending out tax bills.

This change of address is for the purpose of changing your mailing address for your assessment.  Please contact 412-350-4134.  

If you would like to have your tax bill address changed you must contact the treasurer's office at 412-350-4100.   If both addresses need to be changed, you must contact both offices.

You may also forward an email to .   Please include the parcel id in the header of the email along with which addresses you would like changed.

You may also send the above form to make the change to both addresses and mail to the address below.
