Online Reservation System

Reserve a shelter or facility for any of the nine county parks online! Shelters and facilities can be reserved up to one year in advance.

Online Reservations 

In-Person Reservation Method

To reserve a shelter or facility by submitting a paper application:

  1. Call the park office (or use the online reservation system) to check the shelter or facility's availability
  2. Download the Rental Application Form(PDF, 197KB)
  3. Complete the form and return it to one of the park offices

Rates

Resident rate applies to Allegheny County residents.

Small (224 - 900 sq. ft.) $ 50 $ 63
Medium (901 - 2,000 sq. ft.) $ 60 $ 75
Large (2,001 - 2,400 sq. ft.) $ 70 $ 88
Extra-large (2,400 sq. ft.+) $ 80 $ 100

Note: Shelters with electric are an additional $20 for residents, and $25 for non-residents.

Alcohol Permit

  • Implemented throughout all Allegheny County Parks
  • Alcohol permits must be purchased seven days in advance
  • No glass containers permitted

Special Requests

Special Request fees apply to permit holders when providing the following items during an event:

  • Inflatable Rental
  • Petting Zoo / Pony Rides
  • Tent (larger than 10x10)
  • DJ
  • Mobile Activity / Catering Truck
  • Pig Roast / Tow Behind Grill / Smoker

Submit the Special Requests Application(PDF, 350KB) at least two full weeks in advance of the event date.
