Authorities
Boosting the Economy in Allegheny County
The six authorities that make up Allegheny County Economic Development (ACED) assist businesses, municipalities, residents, healthcare facilities, and nonprofits with financing for land development, acquisitions, expansions, and renovations.
ACED authorities help expedite projects that might otherwise take years to progress and save clients thousands of dollars in tax benefits, enabling more investment in other ventures.
