The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) values strong partnerships with providers, community organizations, consultants and other collaborators who help DHS improve services and outcomes for Allegheny County residents. Through the solicitation process, DHS seeks innovative, responsive and community-informed partners to support the work of DHS.

Prospective Providers

For an organization that is not currently a DHS provider and would like to be considered for future opportunities with DHS, please complete the Application of Interest (AOI) form. This form helps DHS learn more about the services the organization provides, and any areas of expertise.

Once the AOI is completed, the organization will be added to the AOI Registry. As a member of the registry, organizations will be contacted by a member of the Program and Provider Services Unit to learn more about the organization, and to schedule an upcoming information session. Prospective providers will receive notifications when DHS publishes Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Please note: Completing the AOI does not guarantee than an organization will be awarded a DHS contract.
