Traffic Restrictions End on Browns Hill Road in Pittsburgh Published on December 23, 2025 The Department of Public Works announced today that work on Browns Hill Road between Beechwood Boulevard/Hazelwood Avenue and the Homestead Grays Bridge in Pittsburgh and the associated lane closures have ended for this year. The traffic restrictions, which began on August 18, 2025, were required for extensive concrete roadway and joint repairs, drainage improvements, and curb replacement.
