Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) RFP

Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of the PA-600 Pittsburgh/McKeesport/Penn Hills/Allegheny County Continuum of Care and its Homeless Advisory Board, solicited proposals for software for a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) that complied with federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and included functionality for homeless coordinated entry or was compatible with DHS’s custom coordinated entry solution.
