RFP for Teen Programming

The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, sought creative programming that occurred outside of traditional school hours for school-aged teens, ages 13 through 19, lived in high-need communities (henceforth referred to as Teen Programming). The proposed Teen Programming had to: 1) be interesting and engaging enough that teens would want to voluntarily participate in it; 2) provided a physically and emotionally safe space for teens; and 3) provided opportunities for teens to make positive connections to adults, their peers and their community.
