This option is for use on the Online Land Records Search Website. The applications for casual and commercial users may be found on the website's home page under 'Register'.

Available Documents

  • Images of deeds are available 1993-present.
  • Images of mortgages are available 1994-present.

Pricing Structure

Casual User

  • Makes payment by credit card as needed.
  • Charged $1.00 per page up to 10 pages (the rest of the pages are free).

Commercial User

  • Has online draw down account (credit card is initially charged $100. As balance reaches 0, user is prompted to make another payment).
  • Charged $.50 per page up to 10 pages (the rest of the pages are free).
