The Allegheny County Jail TAILS program has a new participant – and another success story.
On Tuesday, March 24, the jail welcomed Loki, a 6-year-old, 60-pound mixed breed male to the female programming pod. Loki’s arrival came after Frank the Dalmatian was adopted and found his forever home last week. Frank was the ninth dog adopted out of the TAILS program since it was initiated at the jail in June.
Loki is very active and athletic, and Animal Friends staff described him as “a quick learner” and “the sweetest guy.”
Xavier the Husky, who arrived at the jail with Frank remains at the jail and available for adoption. If you’re interested in adopting Xavier, you can visit the Animal Friends adoption page at Adopt a Dog.
