PA 211

PA 211 is a free, confidential service that connects people to health and human services in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Specialists are available to help find resources for a wide range of needs.

PA 211 can help with housing and utilities, food and basic needs, mental health and substance use services, employment and financial assistance, and support for children, families and older adult.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Allegheny Connect is a central place for everyone to quickly find phone numbers and other information for help with housing, food, mental health, substance use, crisis support and other essential services.

The Director’s Action Line (DAL) provides a direct way to get help with questions, concerns or complaints about services provided by the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS).
