The Department of Management and Budget (DMB) serves as the financial backbone of the county, providing a wide range of services designed to ensure fiscal accountability, strategic resource allocation, and the effective delivery of programs and services across all departments within the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of Allegheny County.
