Department of Court Records

The Department of Court Records is made up of three divisions:

  • Civil/Family Division
  • Criminal Division
  • Wills/Orphans’ Court Division

These divisions file and maintain court documents for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. The Department of Court Records also helps the public file and obtain many documents online through the e-Filing and Retrieval System.
