Roberto Clemente Bridge to Close July 7-14 and Andy Warhol Bridge July 7-15
PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted permits to the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) and Flyspace Productions to close the Roberto Clemente (Sixth Street) Bridge from 9 a.m. on Monday, July 7 to 4 p.m. on Monday, July 14 and the Andy Warhol (Seventh Street) Bridge from 9 a.m. on Monday, July 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15. The closures are needed for Picklesburgh.
Northbound traffic will be detoured using Fort Duquesne Boulevard, the Rachel Carson (Ninth Street) Bridge, Anderson Street, and East Lacock Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured using Federal Street, East General Robinson Street, Anderson Street, the Rachel Carson (Ninth Street) Bridge, and Fort Duquesne Boulevard.
The PDP plans to issue a press release next week regarding closures and detours needed for Picklesburgh on roads not owned by the county.
