PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted a permit to BikePGH to close the Armstrong Tunnel (inbound and outbound) and the Philip Murray (South 10th Street) Bridge in Pittsburgh for OpenStreetsPGH. The closures will be from 9 am to 2 pm on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
