PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted a permit to the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Flyspace Productions to close the Rachel Carson (Ninth Street) Bridge in Pittsburgh for the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival. The closure will be from 8 am on Tuesday, June 2 to 4 pm on Tuesday, June 16.
