Baldwin Street in Bridgeville Reopens To Traffic

PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that Baldwin Street in Bridgeville has reopened to traffic. The closure, which began on October 27, 2025, was required for sediment removal, concrete repairs, and other miscellaneous work at McLaughlin Run Bridge No. 6.
Pugliano Construction Company of Plum was the prime construction contractor for the $198,369 project.
McLaughlin Run Bridge No. 6 is used by an average of 3,155 vehicles daily. It has a condition rating of 5 (fair condition) on a 0-9 scale based on National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) established by the Federal Highway Administration.
