Ozone Air Quality Alert Issued for Allegheny County

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) has issued an ozone Air Quality Alert for Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Mostly sunny skies, light west winds, and highs in the low to mid 90s will contribute to 8-hour ozone maximums in the code orange range Tuesday afternoon. The code orange or Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range will impact Allegheny County.
