Hartwood Acres Mansion is fully booked for private events for 2025 and 2026.
Booking for 2027 events opens 18 months in advance of the event month.

A beloved tourist attraction, popular event venue, and unique photography location in southwestern Pennsylvania, Hartwood Acres Park is home to one of the largest and most spectacular country estates in the area. The 629-acre park consists of a Tudor mansion, an English-style perennial garden, a stable complex, sculpture garden, amphitheater, gate lodge, trails and more.

The grounds surrounding Hartwood Acres Mansion - including the manicured Terrace, glass-covered Grand Pavilion, and elegant Formal Garden - are available for private rentals from May through October. The Grand Pavilion accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, 200 for a standing, cocktail-style event. Reservation requests are accepted 18 months in advance of the event month. White tents for ceremonies may be requested with three business days' notice for an additional fee.

Terrace and Grand Pavilion

The manicured Terrace is the most popular spot at Hartwood Mansion for wedding ceremonies. The soaring Grand Pavilion, surrounded by hemlock trees, can accommodate 150 people for dinner and dancing. Together, the Terrace and Grand Pavilion are the perfect package.

Includes changing room, tables, chairs, and county staff. Tents for the ceremony may be requested for an additional fee, with a three days' notice.
