Implement the RESPOND (Residential Enhancement Service, Planning Opportunities for New Directions) Program

This RFP solicited proposals to identify a partner agency to provide residential services for two of the six total children participating in the RESPOND Program, a collaborative project between Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinic of UPMC (WPIC), FamilyLinks, Penn Residential and DHS.
