This RFP solicited proposals for a program for children and youth involved with CYF to promote self-care and expand social skills and experiences. The program aimed to: 1) provide supplies and access to services needed for appropriate self-care, especially for the proper care and maintenance of hair, and 2) offer activities that provide educational experiences, social exposure and community engagement.
