RFP for Unstructured Data Analytics Solutions

This RFP solicited proposals to design and implement analytic and technology solutions to transform unstructured human service data into actionable information to better serve clients, support quality improvement activities and inform decision-making. Proposers could submit a proposal in two distinct tracks: 1) for the transformation of unstructured data into meaningful information, and 2) for the design and implementation of tools and visualizations for the effective use of this information.
