RFQ for Design, Content and Digital Strategy

This RFQ qualified a pool of applicants who can provide future services to enhance the efforts of DHS's existing internal design and content team in seven categories of work: 1) Design (print and digital), 2) Branding, 3) Marketing, 4) Content Writing and Strategy, 5) User Research and Usability Testing, 6) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Analytics, and 7) Video Production.

We received applications from eight total agencies. In each category of work, DHS qualified:

  • 4 out of 5 applications for Design
  • 3 out of 5 applications for Branding
  • 4 out of 5 applications for Marketing
  • 3 out of 5 applications for Content Writing and Strategy
  • 2 out of 3 applications for User Research and Usability Testing
  • 1 out of 3 applications for SEO and Web Analytics
  • 4 out of 5 applications for Video Production
