With more than 10 years of healthcare leadership experience across the continuum of acute care, long-term acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and post-acute care, Jacquelynn brings a strong commitment to clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Jacquelynn specializes in clinical program development, quality improvement, and operational leadership that drives positive resident outcomes and regulatory success. She is highly experienced in QAPI initiatives, customer service culture transformation, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance clinical performance, strengthen compliance, and improve team engagement across complex healthcare settings.
